Tokoriki Island Resort offers surf trips down to Wilkes Passage in the Mamanuca Islands. For surf trips guests are given the Namotu Island price - currently F$495. This price is for charters offered within the resort's boat crew working day 8.00am - 4.30pm and that the first hour of waiting is free, whereas for subsequent hours there is a F$20 per hour waiting fee. The price is a boat charter price, and includes two crew - they are happy for the guests to share the cost with others.

You will need to bring your own boards and hold insurance cover for surfing.

Most guests of Tokoriki, should they decide to go surfing, tend to make a day of it and combine the trip with a bit of an Island Hop around the group, some snorkelling and lunch at either Malolo or Castaway Island Resort. Due to distance involved in getting guests down to Wilkes Passage and weather/sea/surf unrelaiblity the resort suggests that guests do not book until they get to Tokoriki.
