The Fiji Hotel Association (FIHTA) is lending its support to Earth Hour 2008 by requesting its Fiji hotel and resort members to switch off its lighting for one hour on Saturday 29th March. Earth Hour is an international movement about making a statement concerning climate change. The FIHTA members can choose between switching of the lights in their office, village, hotel, to increase the awareness of the effects of climate change in Fiji and to show the world where Fiji is!
