OVERVIEW Give your group an experience that will for sure linger in their memories. Sail the crystal clear waters of the Mamanucas aboard hi-speed sailing catamarans; take a pit stop on a sandbar, followed by lunch on island resort. CONCEPT In 2 (or 3) groups, board hi-speed Sailing Catamarans, which are on average 42ft in length, for a fun-filled day (or half day) of regatta sailing. Cats will be crewed by 3 local sailors and Pacific Destinationz DMC will co-ordinate the days sailing. ITINERARY At an appointed time convenient to your group, we will leave the mainland from Port Denarau for a friendly race to the crystal clear waters and vibrant coral of the outer reef with the chance of possibly sighting dolphins and he world famous surf breaking on the reef. We then sail on to a sand bar for a chance to swim and snorkel in the crystal clear blue waters. From here it is another 10-minute sailing to Beachcomber Island Resort where you will stop for a sumptuous BBQ lunch at an exclusive setting at their Nakelo Lounge. Other possible destinations include: · South Sea Island · Bounty Island · Tivua Island · Neighboring resort properties in the Yasawas and Mamanucas Beach games or motorized/non-motorized water sports activities can be organized on the island, or delegates can just opt to lie on the beach and soak in the sunshine. From Beachcomber (or any other island of your group?s choice), you head back to Port Denarau. Learn to sing a few Fijian songs and in particular Fiji?s famous farewell song ?Isa Lei?.
